ORDERING AND PAYMENT
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
By completing the order process you are offering to buy the goods
subject to these terms and conditions.
We have the right at our discretion to refuse to supply any goods
ordered by you. In this instance, your order will be cancelled and
any relevant monies paid by you will be returned.
In the case that we accept your order, we will confirm order acceptance.
In the case of online orders, this will be done by e-mail. In the
case of orders placed by mail, this will be done by mail. In the
case of orders placed telephonically, this will be done telephonically.
It is only when we confirm order acceptance that a binding contract
exists between you and us.
The contract to order exists between you and Misharu Limited, the
publisher of the publication(s).
In addition either you or we shall have the right to terminate any
contract between us without penalty within 30 days from the date
we accept your order.
In the event of termination we shall refund to you all sums paid
by you to us within 30 days and you shall delete / uninstall / return
all items.
In addition to order acceptance, payment must be received before
delivery can commence:
- In the case of payments by cheque, payment will only be considered
received once your cheque has cleared. This may take up to 5 working
days.
- In the case of payment by postal order, payment will be considered
received once we have deposited the postal order. This may take
1 working day.
- In the case of payment by card, payment will be considered received
as soon as payment is authorised by your bank. All orders are
cleared by our servers and the secure servers of Worldpay. This
system uses the latest technology to ensure that your credit card
details are secure and safe.
DELIVERY
If you order by mail or telephone, the publication(s) will be
delivered in printed format. Printed format publications will be
physically delivered to your specified shipping address. Misharu
Limited will endevour to complete this delivery in 7-10 days but
can only guarantee delivery within 28 days of payment. Shipping
within the UK is included in the purchase price. Overseas delivery
will incur additional shipping fees.
If you place your order online, you will have the option of a receiving
the publication(s) in either printed or electronic (pdf) format.
Delivery of printed format publications will be as describe above.
Electronic format publications will be made available for download
at a URL which will be provided to you upon receipt of your payment.
This URL will remain active for 24 hours after payment. Any requests
for extension or download failure problems should be communicated
to downloads@misharu.com
preferably quoting your order number.
In certain cases publication(s) are offered with bonus materials.
All such bonus materials will only be available in electronic
format irrespective of order channel (online, mail or telephone).
A download URL for this material will be communicated to you when

ONE YEAR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the publication(s),
you can request a refund by writing to us. Provided that we receive
your request within 1 calendar year of your initial payment date,
we shall refund all sums paid by you to us in full within 30 days
